Information that helps us assess your installation
A proper survey leads to an accurate quote and a smooth installation day. We look at your supply capacity, the condition of the fuse board and earthing, where the charger will go and how the cable will get there.
When a remote survey works
When the fuse board is near an outside wall by your parking space and the supply looks suitable, good photos are normally enough.
When we need to visit
Long or awkward cable routes, detached garages, groundworks, unclear supply arrangements and most business premises are better seen in person. We will let you know if yours needs a visit.

- A photo of your consumer unit (fuse board) with the cover closed
- Where you would like the charger positioned
- Your driveway or parking space
- The approximate cable route from the consumer unit to the charger
- Your vehicle make and model
